Chapter 23. Stalking

Atticus’s POV

I watch the little minx walk out of the nightclub. I spotted her as soon as I walked in, and like a moth to a flame, I couldn’t stay away. Her new blue hair and tight, lacy dress make her look irresistible. Fucking Cassie knew exactly what she was doing with this makeover. She has been trying to set me up with various cadets over the past year and knows my type. Unfortunately for her, I don’t date underage she-wolves.

Still, I can’t help but feel drawn to Eryn. There is an innocence about her that is appealing and I feel protective over her. The club doors close behind her, and my anxiety spikes.

There is no telling what kind of trouble Cassie will get her into tonight. I put them in a room together, hoping they wouldn’t get along and that it would drive Eryn back to the Twilight Pack. That has backfired spectacularly on me.

Someone comes up and elbows me in the side. I glance over and see my Beta, Jackson, with an extra beer in his hands
