Chapter 7

Maya could see the lake from where she was standing. She had never seen anything so beautiful in all of her life. It was as though the entire world was beautiful, and she was just starting to realize that now. She was surprised to see a place like this because she had always thought that such a place didn’t exist.

She was happy that Max had brought her to such a place, and she couldn’t wait to see the rest of it. She wanted to know where he had gotten the idea of bringing her there. It was the first time she had seen something like that.

The lake was shimmering in the sunlight as they stood there. The water was reflecting the sunlight, and it made everything around it look more beautiful than it already was.

The water was clean, and it was so clear that you could see everything that was down there. It was a beautiful sight to behold.
