Chapter 26. Missing

"I don't really have much to do at home. After I finish cleaning, there's nothing else to occupy my time," I said to Jugs.

Since our conversation that night, our talks had been getting longer.

He had stayed at our place with Lily because they used Roy's car to go to the office. The two of them left early this morning without even saying goodbye to their kids.

"They're here," I said and stood up when I saw the siblings walking towards us. It was time to go home.

I took Lily and Andrei's bags and let them get into the car first, along with Jugs, who was carrying their lunch boxes.

"How was school?" I asked Andrei since Lily was busy with her book again.

Given her love for books, I wouldn't be surprised if she was always at the top of her class.

"Good, Ms. Ina," he replied.

When we got home, I took care of them and also accompanied Jugs to do the grocery shopping. I didn't stay long because I didn't need to buy much. We still had plenty of suppl
