Chapter 35. I Will Get You Back, Nina

Jasper POV

I stood in front of my balcony, gazing outside. It was already night, and the chill in the air was biting. If not for the Alpha blood running through my veins, I would have lost my mind.

Since the incident, Arkon, my wolf, had been in a restless argument with me. He didn’t want to accept Brielle; he wanted Nina.

His lustfulness, combined with my father’s influence, was the reason I had stayed with Nina for so long.

Brielle had always been my girlfriend, right from childhood. It was a pity she wasn’t paired with me as a mate.

I had accepted Nina because of her status and pack, but right now, I couldn’t think the same. She left, and it seemed like she took everything with her: my sanity, happiness, my life.

I thought Brielle was my happiness, but since Nina left, I hadn’t been happy. I had messed around with Brielle, thinking I was doing the right thing, and now I had lost her.

I want her back.

Arkon wants her back.
