Faith’s POV
I suddenly put on a serious face.
I just remembered what we used to be. I wanted to say that, but I didn’t.
I just quietly ate my ice cream. My eyes widened at a part of the park. I suddenly felt sad. A girl was arguing with her parents.

“Don’t you still see your parents?” asked Martin.
I just bowed my head. I didn’t even want to talk about my family.
“Do you want us to look for them?”
“Oh, don’t. I don’t even hope they’re still alive.” I avoided looking at him, but he was staring at me.
