All was quiet when I came to. Not making out where I was, I shut my eyes close again. I finally sat up, and waited for that familiar feeling of pain to descend, but nothing came. When I finally took a look around the room, I gasped.

If I had always thought Kaden's pack was the most beautiful I had ever seen, then this definitely put it to shame.

It was black themed, with Roman styled chandeliers hanging on the ceiling. Beautiful paintings adorned a corner of the room, its contrast creating a serenity rather than mismatch.

Taking a closer look, I noticed that the room was glass enclosed. My breath hitched. Ethan wasn't as wealthy as this. Had he sold me off?

The door pushed open, and my eyes darted towards it in alarm. The intruder was an attractively dressed lady, in black dress that hugged her curves beautifully.
