Chapter 75. Midnight Encounter

Emily’s Pov

I managed to teleport my parents a few meters away from the sea; we were on the soft white sand in Moonshade Pack territory. The sound of seagulls hovers above us, and the sun manages to shine with more strength here than it did in our territory. The smell of the sea fills my lungs.

I didn't bring my parents to the main island of Moonshade Pack but to the third inhabitable island in the territory. The island focused more on the care of the pups and mothers, a safe and more secluded place for us to stay for now.

"Emily, how did you do that?" David asks seriously.

"It's a long story, Dad. In short: I have powers now," I reply with humor, but Dad doesn't smile at me. "Benson's aunt, she transferred her powers to me before she died, okay? That's how I managed to bring them here," I explain more seriously.
