Chapter 28. The Naked She-Wolf

Emma’s POV

“I will go for a run with you,” Ethan spits out so quickly that I almost don’t catch what he has said.

“Excuse me?” I turn around and look at him with my eyebrows raised.

Ethan takes a few steps towards me and places his arms on my shoulders. “My wolf has been dying to meet yours. I will go with you,” He says slower this time.

“Whatever,” I say as I storm out of our bedroom with Ethan hot on my heels.

“What color is your wolf?” Ethan asks curiously as we walk down the halls of the Pack House together.

“She is white,” I answer shortly.

Ethan pauses for a moment like he is waiting for me to ask him a question in return but I don’t. “My wolf is solid black,” He says as if answering a question that I didn’t ask.

“Hmm,” I nod, not really caring what color his wolf is at the moment. The only thing I can think about is Emily’s lips on his own and it is lighting a fire of anger within my soul.
