Chapter 32. Do You Love Her?

Emma’s POV

Exhausted from dancing I flop down at one of the tables and discreetly kick off my shoes under the table. High heels the equivalent to some Medieval torture device. Grabbing a glass of champagne off of one of the trays I slowly sip the bubbly liquid while I watch everyone else at the Full Moon Ball have the time of their life.

“You sure are popular this evening,” Emily says as she takes the seat across from me.

Suddenly needing some liquid courage I turn up my flute of champagne and swallow the rest in one gulp.

“It is amazing how you have gotten the attention of the three most important Alpha’s here,” Emily continues as she examines her nails.

“What are you trying to say, Emily?” I roll my eyes in her direction.

“Nothing at all,” Emily says with an evil smirk on her face. “It is odd though isn’t it.”
