Bronson’s POV
The carriage raced along a narrow way in the forest, and the scent of earth filled my nostrils. Feeling irritated to be confined in the small space of a carriage, I pressed my lips into thin lines.
I would have opted for a horse, but I could not risk the possibility of being seen, so I had no option but to hide in the confinement of my carriage.
I had no idea why the Knython brothers had requested to meet in our usual spot, and I hated being kept in the dark and not in control.
If not because of the agreement between us, I would not have bothered to entertain them, and they would not be so bold as to make me leave my castle.
