Serena POV

“Umm... you look beautiful too,” Myles muttered.

This was a first. The ice king had never been known to stutter in his court sessions, but here he was struggling with words, and he had only managed to say those words because I gave him a hard stare with my eyebrows raised a couple of times before he finally understood that we had to do that in front of Becca.

God save me from Myles Voss’ ignorance. I somehow began to feel that those six months we had signed for would be a very long six months. It would really be difficult living with someone like this.

A short moment later, we were already on our way, driving in his car and heading towards his house to meet the famous Voss family.
