He had arrived at the gym early that morning, all because his neighbor had decided to construct a weird dollhouse for his daughter. It was personally dumb to him if he was being honest.
Why a doll house of all things? The old man kept making noise at 6 a.m., and he needed his beauty sleep, but he couldn’t say anything. If he did, he would be a bad person. Who doesn’t love a sweet little girl?
He lifted his 150kg of weights as his skin oozed sweat and dropped to the ground. He was sure his black singlets and shorts itched to be off his body. He hated the feeling of wet clothes on him. He looked around him and saw a petite lady trying to bench-press her sets.
She must be a newbie around here, he thought. He minded his business but gave up when no one was coming to help no matter how much she was struggling.
