Chapter 189. Strange Yet Familiar Feeling

Alpha William's POV

A grimace spread across my face but for some reason, I wasn't impatient with her. And it wasn't because I had dealt with worse. I hadn't.  

Issahil had been too well behaved even after my reconciliation with her so I had almost never had to handle any tantrums from her.

“It's alright Nica, don't cry.” With my clothes now stained with her vomit, I couldn't pull her into my embrace to comfort her and I felt it was a good thing…I really shouldn't be embracing her…I should avoid any sort of physical closeness with her.

Still, I couldn't help reaching out my hand to place on her shoulder, patting her.

“Come on, we should get you home,” I muttered, placing my hand properly over her shoulder as I could no longer carry her with my clothes stained. Supporting her by holding her instead, we walked on.

When we finally reached Nica's apartment, I guided her to lean on a wall and asked for her key. She just giggle
