Chapter 25
I took the route I always did, as usual, to avoid having to come across someone. I did not tell anyone where I was going, so I hope to get back on time and not raise any suspicions.
While I sped away, I was reminiscing on my mistakes. Why did I even decide to listen to Gaza in the first place anyway? Now that I had given deep thought to it, no leader would take such a hasty decision. I thought it was for the good of my pack, but was it really? That was selfish. There is obviously no good that breaches the security of people and puts their lives in danger.
Suddenly, I stopped running and applied a forceful brake because of the speed I was running with. Someone is after me. Or was I just thinking things? I looked back, and there was no trace of anyone. I groaned a little and took off again.
