The lady chuckled. “Not particularly. In fact, I think it would make things even better. With all the prisoners released at the same time, it would for sure cause confusion and chaos.”
“Yeah. But the main gate. How would we even get past there?”
“I would take care of that,” I smirked. The guards trusted me. I could easily bake them a pie or cake and put in a sedative that would knock them out. “And for my supposed parents, I would try to find a way to get their schedule. That way we can know when to strike.”
“Yes. Oh my, yes!” The lady gasped excitingly. “Finally. In so many years. Finally, there is hope.” She smiled, revealing her stained teeth.
“Can we have the key now?” Jade asked. “I’m sure we have satisfied you.”
