Chapter 43

Gosh, he was a good kisser. Goosebumps rose on my skin as soon as we broke the kiss. My eyes shot open and I wanted more. I was breathing heavily and I stared into the green in his eyes. The green was now deeper and filled with raw emotions. 

In a way, it looked artistic. 

“Jade…” I said his name in a breathy way. His lips looked tempting and I was using all my strength to hold myself back. “Wh-why did you do that?” 

He smiled lopsidedly. “Because it’s something I have wanted to do for a while now,” He confessed. His voice was soft and comforting. “Was it okay that I did it?” He asked as he climbed on top of his motorcycle and put on his helmet. 

He started up the engine and it came to life smoothly. 

I stared at him, wanting to say more but his kiss had left me in a trance.
