Chapter 69

It was not easy and took some real convincing to finally get Billy to fully agree for me to accompany him to the pack of his daughter and love of his wife. We both did not know what we were going to expect but we were excited nevertheless. 

He later showed me the bathroom, which was very clean and even looked a bit fancy. I was impressed that this man lived in the middle of nowhere with literally no neighbors, and yet had a really nice place.

But what did I know? I did not know much about people who liked to live secluded lives. And so far, what I have learned was that this man was independent, strong emotionally and physically, very wise, extremely kind, and also very clean. 

After taking a shower, I dried off and went to the room that I was shown. When I entered, I could not help but smile. The room was truly the representation of a girl my age. It was obviously the room of Billy’s daughter.
