“Hi, I would like to see my daughter, please,” He told the guard confidently as I watched. 

The guard snorted out a laugh. “I’m sorry, sir, but I don’t think you would find your daughter here. Was she to see the Luna today?” 

Billy smiled and wanted to just give up and leave but I stepped in. 

“Um, he’s the father of the daughter of the Luna of this pack,” I informed the guard, and the man stared at me for a few seconds, without blinking. 

When he finally blinked, he asked, “Are you doing a funny video?” He smiled. “Am I being recorded right now on some fancy camera?” 

“Let’s go,” Billy nudged me lightly. 

“No, we’re not leaving.” I gave him a hard look and he let out a sigh and folded his arms on his chest as he mumbled, “Fine.” 

“Sir, you are not being recorded or being pranked. And we are certainly not here to waste your time or ours. This man…” I gestured to Billy. “He’s the father of the daughter of the Luna.
