***Zayn Meyer’s POV***

“Lara, why don’t you head back to the penthouse? You trained pretty hard; some food, water, and a shower would do you good right now,” I inform Lara, and she agrees by nodding.

She looks a bit deep in thought as she looks between Bunny and me. 

I don’t know if I am making the right choice here. I have decided to trust Lara Zane, a she-wolf. She belongs to the species that literally had my entire family killed. Letting the guardian speak freely in her presence is one thing, but letting her know about Hamish and my plan to rip Harvey Martins’s throat out seems a bit extreme and I really hope I don’t regret it later.

“You’re right, I should head back,” She says softly while looking at me.

“Sorry again about me hitting you,” She apologizes to Azula.

“It’s alright,” The head of my army, Azula, replies as she smiles.

“Bye,” She excuses herself and I watch her walk away.
