But she did not want to forget Ace. Ace still had a special place in her heart and she did not want that place to become dark and cold. 

Levi noticed that Clary was being a bit distant and she he decided to give her space. He got out of the car and went straight back to his home office. He had a lot of paperwork to go through. 

Clary headed for the kitchen and searched for the laundry guy who had become her friend. She had forgotten his name and felt ashamed about the fact. She did know that his name started with the letter ‘T’. 

Before entering the kitchen, she remembered that the other door was the laundry room and was most likely where the guy was going to be. 

She walked towards the door and opened it. She popped her head inside and her heart fluttered when she saw who she was looking for. It was the laundry guy.
