Logan’s POV
The first rays of sunlight poured through the sheer curtains, bathing the room in a soft golden hue. My eyes fluttered open slowly, adjusting to the gentle brightness.
The warmth of the morning was nothing compared to the warmth of the body pressed against mine. Isabella lay curled in my arms, her head resting on my chest, her soft breaths steady and peaceful.
For a moment, I didn’t move. My arm was draped around her waist, and her hair, silky and dark, fanned across the pillow.
