Chapter 83

Liam's POV

They immediately began to move quietly. They surrounded the house, blocking entrances. Henrick gave the call and they burst in.

I followed after a few minutes. They had managed to subdue and knock out one of the other wolves.

"One of the men has run into the bedroom where Maxine is!" One of the wolves yelled at the other.

A girl with long black hair came at me. I dodged easily, stepping out of the way and hitting her behind the neck. She fell to the floor, unconscious.

"Tie her up," I said coldly walking deeper into the house. The third person broke out through a window and began to run away.

"If he escapes, you're all dead!" I yelled. They immediately chased after him.

Henrick was behind him and he came forward to push open the door in the room where Maxine was.

I looked behind him to where Maxine was sitting. When she saw who I was, she began to make sounds and struggle to free herself.
