Chapter 44
I sat up in my bed as I waited for Andra to return with Jormun. Despite being told by Lisa and Andra that the snake would not care about me sleeping with the wolf, I was filled with an immense amount of guilt over my own choices. I did not want to see Jormun yet, but I needed to see him. I needed to know if there was a way for him to stop Killian’s ability to teleport me to prevent any future indiscretions with the wolf.
“I am back, mistress,” Andra announced as she entered my bedroom with Jormun in tow.
The tall and handsome man rushed over to my bedside, wearing an expression of great concern on his face.
“Did he hurt you?” he asked as he kneeled down at my bedside.
