Chapter 45

The next day, Lisa examined me first thing in the morning before giving me the okay to go about my day as usual. Andra prepared a bath for me as well as an outfit for the day.

“I thought you might want to wear something comfortable since Ella is supposed to stop by today for a modeling session,” Andra explained as she handed me a simple tee shirt and some loose jeans.

“Do I look well enough already for a photo shoot?” I asked as I looked myself over.

I could no longer see any evidence of the night spent with Killian on my body, but I could not see all the marks he had left in the first place.

“The ointment Lisa put on yesterday morning and last night before you went to bed appears to have healed you completely. Your wounds, despite looking concerning, were superficial in the end.”

“So, Killian managed not to actually injure me even though he was in full-blown heat?” I wondered.

“He appears to have more self-control than most wolves,” Andra comment
