Chapter 90. The Trip

Nearly two hours later, everyone gathered. The three chiefs, Gratiana, Fairchild, Gilga, Hilia, and some other women involved in the cooking of Nacicite. Bronco, Verag, Crag, and a few other warriors were also present as well. Fairchild had combined a glass vial, two parts to one as advised, but only after checking a seventh time with Gratiana before corking it.

Thereafter, the vial was passed around and examined.

"We won't know how much is needed for a vampire so I was generous," Fairchild explained. "Once we know, we know we will need to determine how much we will need to add to the fountain water."

"And Goriah was sure it could be mixed with water? It won't be diluted?" Janga asked, his arms crossed.

"It can be mixed with water. Any other substance, specifically those with shared ingredients will disrupt the balance of either the vampire bane or the Nacicite."

"A fountain water should be alright then," Chief Dareth mused, running his hands through hi
