Chapter 33

When I entered Jake's room, I went straight to the bathroom to take a quick shower. I can't just let Jacob's smell linger on my body. "Baby?" I called Jake because he wasn't in bed. Is the man in the bathroom? I walked around and screamed when I saw Jake lying on the bathroom floor. "Baby!"

"I want to be alone, baby," he said.

"I will help you," I insisted to him.

"I do not need your help!" The man shouted.

When he yelled at me, I still understood the man because I knew he was just frustrated because of what happened. I wanted to get Jacob back outside but I was afraid that it might just happen again. We agreed earlier that we will respect both Jake and we will not do it again.

The man agreed but I doubted. It's Jacob, and I know how naughty he is. When I turned around I saw how much Jake was struggling so I approached him even though he didn't want to. "Be angry if you want to be angry, but I won't leave you, I promise you that, baby," I said and helped her s
