Alpha Kanen’s POV

He sighed. “I was only of the opinion that it would not do us any good if we go into war now. There is a need to lie low and give peace talks for now. It doesn’t matter if it’s fake, but we have to bring this down a bit.”

“Enough!” I thundered.

He looked up at me in shock. The whole of my being was vibrating in rage. This was preposterous. “You have no right to tell me what to do. Know your limit, Beta Malone. When I say we are going to war, and that is what we have to do, there is no need to argue with me or make a fuse over the whole issue. Do you understand?” I snapped at once.

There was a pause. Then, he said, “I understand everything that you have said, Alpha Kanen.” And with that, he walked out of the office without even a goodbye.
