Alpha Kanen’s POV

I have spent the whole day trying to make sure that everything was in order, and making the most out of the situation. Now, I was reclining on the chair in my room, as I thought about the way things had being of recent. There was so much that worried me, but I had to be strong though because the whole thing would be a mess if not handled calmly.

Should I call the slave, Rose to me now?

I mean, she could do something to make me feel warm. But I was still not in the mood to make that a reality. I stepped away from the recliner, and made my way to the other side of the room. There was a whiskey bottle there, which I grabbed and drank like my life depended on it.

I needed to forget, even for a moment that things were so bad that I couldn’t breathe.

“Oh, Moon Goddess! Please help me out in this issue. I don’t want things to be out of hand right now. I just want to have a moment of peace and nothing more. I want everything to be fine
