Rose’s POV

Raph’s voice broke the silence. “But come to think of it, I would like to ask you something.” His sharp gaze locked on mine. “What are you doing in this forest?” He asked, already angered.

I froze, my heart hammering in my chest. I hadn’t expected that question, at least not now.

I could feel everyone’s eyes on me, waiting for an answer, waiting for an explanation.

The weight of their stares made it clear that there was no turning back. I had no choice.

I swallowed hard and took a deep breath. “I guess it’s time to tell you everything.” I said not minding if my mouth will leads me in trouble.

Joe raised an eyebrow, shocked. Elise, now fully recovered, leaned forward slightly, her curiosity high.
