Chapter 34
I wiped out the perspiration that matted my hair to my forehead with my thumb. I have been busy with work for a while now and I had no breathing space.
I walked to my chamber and went straight to my bathroom, I took off my clothes and let the shower run on me, I sighed and squeezed my eyes shut, washing away the stress.
The thought of Eleanor suddenly invaded me and I decided to check on her after I was done taking my bath, I haven’t seen her for a while now, neither did she made any attempt to check on me too.
