Nyla’s POV

I walked over to the porch sitting down on the iron staircase. It was kind of windy outside though darkness had enveloped the surroundings casting an orange hue on the ground.

Tears streamed down my cheek, I was in regret, I still wanted the man whose family hurt me so deeply. The same man who has put me in this deep shit. The nerve in my body wanted him too, he took a part of me when he left. I never thought I was going to meet my mate, I lost hope of any coming but I fell for one who turned out to be a coward.

Yeah! He was a coward, he wasn’t going to fight for our love, and his mother saw me like I wasn’t equal to them. I was never going to be, I was an Omega and an Omega is never regarded. We were bound to suffer, easily vulnerable, and easily manipulated.

I felt a hand behind me.

“You don’t have to cry anymore. I know it hurts deeply. He isn’t going to love just the way he loves you,” Jenny said, I sniffed in.
