Ramon POV
The office was tucked away in a corner of the hospital, small and cluttered with medical journals and patient files. Rhodes was already there when I arrived, looking as exhausted as I felt. He’d been running himself ragged between treating Ollie, monitoring Troy’s recovery, and trying to keep the rest of the family functional.
“Ramon,” he said, gesturing to a chair. “Rafael and Romeo are on their way. Marcus and Rodriguez are already here.”
I looked over and saw my security team standing near the window, both looking grim and tired. They’d been just as affected by this nightmare as the rest of us—blaming themselves for not preventing the kidnapping, working endless hours to find the people responsible.
“Any luck tracking down Morrison?” I asked as I took a seat.
“He’s gone underground,” Marcus reported, pulling out his laptop. “No credit card activity, no phone signals, no sightings. It’s like he vanished.”
