I kept quiet while he kept walking; he didn’t say another word to me; he only pressed me closer to his body when I let my head rest on his chest, looking at my hands full of scratches. Did he notice? I don’t know, but I didn’t want him to see what was under that dress.
When we got to his house he set me down so I could walk to the kitchen myself because I was starving, although I couldn’t take many steps as I soon had my sister on top of me who gave me a good slap before hugging me.
