Mist's POV

He held on to it once I was standing before pulling it to pull me close to him and wrap his arms around me.

“Give me a scare again for losing sight of you, and you’ll regret it.” She whispered before releasing me, smiling at the people watching us; instantly, everyone went back to doing what they were doing before the shenanigans were staged, though for sure, everyone already knew she was the Alpha’s whore.
