Chapter 50. Kidnapped
POV Meghan
They’ve pulled a sweaty t” t-shirt over my face, and I can’t see anything as they push me forward. I know we’re in the forest, and we’ve been here for some time, but that’s all I know. They could be bringing me out here to kill me. They could be bringing me here to free me. I don’t know for sure. There’s a strong werewolf smell in this area, which means we’re in the middle of uncharted territory. Not the most optimal place I’d want to be, plus, most clans abide by council rules, things that are common sense. Don’t attack a werewolf woman, don’t attack other clans or intrude on their territory, things of that nature. But some wolves... they don’t like to play by the rules. They think they’re too good for that sort of thing.
My heart hammers loudly as the guy pushes me forward again.
“Come on in, girl.”
I am pushed and dragged blindly through a building.
