Alpha Thor’s POV

I got off the jet and went to the limo waiting for me. I would have liked to prolong my trip, but I missed my home. I missed my mother, Kane and...and Charlotte. I left the pack with the hope of getting rid of the thoughts and feelings I had for her, but instead, they had intensified. There wasn’t a single day that I didn’t think about her, about her smell, her touch, her gorgeous face.

I spent hours each day thinking about how I found her in the woods, barely alive. It wasn’t so long ago that I brought her to my home, and she had...she had recovered so well.
