Chapter 66

Dana’s POV

I woke up. It was a struggle to cover my eyes from the blinding sun rays. I could hardly move my body at all.

I finally found the strength to open my eyes. I realized within seconds that I wasn’t in my suite.

Where was I?

I got up and looked around. I was in a room, poorly furnished, and oh...what an awful smell.

There were mosquitoes in the room too. When I tried to move my legs, I noticed that they were tied in a rope to the edge of the bed. A wave of fear immediately washed through me, and I sat up properly to survey my surroundings.

How had I gotten here? What had happened to me? I tried to gather my thoughts while trying to figure out a way to leave this place and also figure out if I was just dreaming.
