Dalia’s POV
I woke up feeling happy and warm. Memories of last night came rushing back and I smiled a little. The date was perfect, and the icing on the cake was our moment together.
I felt like I was forgetting something when I suddenly remembered that I had not texted Chelsea since I left our apartment yesterday. Shit! I’m dead meat.
I sprung up from the bed, not taking in the fact that Alexander wasn’t in it with me and ran into the living room to grab my phone. I saw it on the floor by the entrance and picked it up. I wasn’t surprised when I had about 20 missed calls and 47 unread texts. I did not bother to call or reply to her back since I knew Chelsea was going to kill me so I turned back in a hurry to go dress up.
I was met with a fully dressed Alexander sitting on the couch as I turned to go into the room. I smiled at him and greeted him hurriedly.
