Finn and Scarlett were yet to arrive. My mother was being a hassle right now. All she did was remind me that I was strong and able to pull through. I didn't think anything was as annoying as being told those words. But I listened to her anyway. 

"Are you sure you're going to be fine or do you want me to be there with you in the theater during the surgery?"

I rolled my eyes. "You're going to make the surgery worse. What if your cries distract the surgeon? Might cut a major vein and that would make things really complicated," I patted her hands. "I don't think you have to worry about being with me, Mum."

"Finn?" She asked. "I know you like Scarlett a lot, so I'd you don't want any of us there with you. I could speak with her."

I shook my head. "I do not want anyone, Mum."
