Chapter 6

Suarez was on the phone, speaking in Spanish, asking one of the traveling agents to book him on the next flight to Mexico: “Hola, puedes reservarme el próximo vuelo a México?” (Hello, can you book me on the next flight to Mexico?). Suarez was desperate to bring Dave down and made a call to his crew in Mexico, saying in Spanish: “El perro grande se viene a México mañana, preparen a los muchachos que nos vamos de embrujo” (The big dog is coming to Mexico tomorrow, prepare the boys, we are going to hunt). He felt that Allister was taking too long, and he wanted Dave and everyone involved in stealing and buying his d***s dead.

On the plane, George looked at Dave, who was sleeping, and used his jacket to cover his face, preventing the spies from identifying him. He looked at Martha, and she looked back at him. George smiled and asked her, “We have some fucking company on the plane. You ought to be careful. I will handle them.”

Martha replied, “How are you gonna do that? You’re gonna frighten the little kids in here.”

George reassured her, saying, “Keep calm, and don’t leave your seat. I’m coming.”

He was about to stand up and leave his seat, but Martha held him back, cautioning him, “Don’t be stupid. You can’t shoot here, and surely you have no guns with you. Don’t create a scene.”

George looked at her and replied, “I want to save you, Dave, myself, and everyone else in here.” Martha stared into his eyes, questioning how he knew they were there. George smiled and replied, “You’ll get to know.” He immediately stood up and walked straight to the plane attendant standing at the door, saying to her, “I would love to use the restroom.” The attendant directed him to the restroom.

As George walked toward the restroom, he looked at the last three passengers face to face. One was wearing a black jacket with blue jeans, another wore a white T-shirt and black trousers, and the last was in a black suit, sporting sunglasses, and had a well-groomed beard.

George used the restroom and came out, returning to his seat. He tapped Dave and said, “Hey man, c’mon, wake up. You have to be awake. We need to deal with these guys before they come looking for us.”

Dave looked at him with confusion, saying, “Man, are you fucking kidding? You just woke me up. There’s no one here. You have to chill.”

George persisted and told Dave what to do. He instructed him to go to the restroom, look to the left, where he would see a guy wearing a black suit with black sunglasses, and to the right, he would see a guy in a black jacket with blue jeans. He warned Dave that as he went to the restroom and came out, one of those three would attack him.

Dave was skeptical but decided to investigate. Martha, concerned, stood up and walked down to the restroom. One of the spies noticed her and looked at his phone, recognizing her face. He followed her. George observed everything, unaware that Dave was also monitoring the situation.

It had been about ten minutes, and Martha hadn’t returned, and one of the spies was still missing. Dave tracked them down to the restroom and saw the spy holding Martha down by the neck, demanding to know where her boyfriend was. The other two spies saw Dave and followed him. George, now alerted, tried to stop them.

They attracted the attention of the flight attendant, who approached and requested peace, instructing them to return to their seats. The spy wearing the black jacket drew a pistol and attempted to shoot George. George, prepared, rushed the man, kicking the pistol out of his hand and landing a blow on the other spy’s cheek. He then focused on the man in the black jacket, delivering repeated punches.

The other spy grabbed George by the neck, causing a commotion as other passengers watched in fear. Drawing on his military experience, George overcame his attacker, freeing himself from the grip. He landed several punches on the spy, blood covering his face. George then rushed the man in the black jacket, delivering a powerful kick between his legs and continuing to pummel him until he lost consciousness.

Inside the restroom, Dave saw one of the spies holding Martha on the ground, attempting to harm her. He swiftly approached the spy and struck him hard on the back of the head, rendering him unconscious. Dave pulled Martha up and asked if she was okay, to which she replied affirmatively. George rushed to the restroom and witnessed Dave and Martha emerging, with one spy lying unconscious on the floor.

As the three of them walked out of the restroom, George identified himself to the passengers and the rest of the plane crew, explaining that he was a military man and the beaten individuals were assassins paid to kill his friends. He proceeded to secure the spies with rope, and the plane returned to a state of silence.

The captain addressed the passengers via the transmitter, apologizing for the disturbance and assuring them that such an incident would not recur as they approached their destination. He concluded with, “Have a safe trip.”

One of the plane attendants called Dave, George, and Martha to follow her. They were taken to the pilot, where they were interrogated by one of the security personnel on the plane.

George stated firmly to the security officer, “This is a matter of the military. I can’t reveal military secrets to you. All you have to do is arrest the three suspects and take them back to Georgia.”

The security officer looked at Dave and Martha, pointing at them and asking George, “Are they also military?”

George replied, “You just have to do what I ask. Some questions are best left unanswered.”
