The Final War

I was practicing with the rest of the pack as we prepared for the war. I have been helping Maddy to train the wolves now that I have improved immensely. These moments are very difficult for me considering I am the one who put them in this mess in the foist place. I felt very guilty, but Daniel consoled me by saying that the war was evident since my stepfather and he was fighting to become the next Alpha King.

My phone pinged with a message, so I excused myself to check it out.

It was from Daniel. A smile touched my lip as I read what he has written.

“Soon, we will be fighting a deadly war, want to go out with me before that?” the message read.

I was contemplating how I should reply to him. I couldn’t believe he had sent me that message. I mean, he did promise that he would never give up on me but trusting him again with my heart is quite difficult for me.
