Sophia’s POV

After what I encountered with the seven gods I was quite sad that we couldn’t get hold of the blood emerald to stop the incoming war between the vampires, witches, and werewolves.

“Shouldn’t we take a break here? We have been walking non-stop.” Camilla complained and sat in front of a tree.

Derek turned his head towards Camilla and rolled his eyes. “You have been taking a break non-stop while the rest of us have been searching around so give me a break.”

“What do you mean by that huh?” Camilla said standing up. “Are you saying I have not done anything since we came to the underworld? We couldn’t get the emerald from the seven gods and here we are again walking to god knows where and there is a chance we won’t even get the emerald so we might as well return to the normal world.” She shouted and ran her hand through her hair.

“But..” Derek started but I looked at him and he sighed in annoyance. We all knew how feisty Camilla was so get
