Afterward, they went to the boathouse on the premises and then went paddle boating. Later, they built sandcastles on the beach together. “Daddy, do you live in a castle?” asked Valerie with curiosity. Ryan laughed out loud. 

“You’ll see, Princess,” he whispered. Victoria gave him a discreet glance. He really looked happy with the children and so did they. With a full-time job, she hadn’t been able to give them so much attention and play with them like Ryan was. The whole week, she depended upon Aunt Patty to look after them. Although her parents regularly sent money for her, Victoria felt guilty that they spent so much on her and her kids. She wanted to take their entire responsibility, but the pay at her job wasn’t much, as this was her first job.
