Chapter 24. Hurt and Jealous

Another entire week passed by, with little interaction between Vienna and Sean. He was busy at the restaurant with Stuart and Nelson. Later, he visited his friends and came home late. He stayed over at Victor's house for a few days. Vienna felt he was avoiding her for some reason. It was the weekend and ma asked Sean to take Vienna to visit his friends too.

"She was so worried about them. Why don't you take her to meet them?" asked ma. Sean considered her suggestion and nodded at Vienna.

"Be ready by 10:30. I'll take you along. Wear a hoodie," he said, going to his room.

As promised, he started his car with Vienna by his side. "We'll go to see Andrew first. He's much better though, with his older brother being a cardiologist, " said Sean. Vienna smiled at the news of Andrew's recovery.
