Book 2: Alpha Titanus’s Demand
Felixe’s POV
As I followed the sentinels of the Ionic Pride down the mountain's slopes, I felt a strange pull towards the castle. It seemed as if someone was trying to reach out to me. The sentinels nudged me ahead as if I were a prisoner, but I didn’t protest. What if they changed my mind and punished me for trespassing on their property?
Amidst the chaos, I could feel Freyr’s restlessness. ‘Hye is trying to connect to me, Felixe. She’s here. I can sense her presence!’ I stared at the gigantic castle at a distance, perched on a vast grassy valley. My binocular vision zoomed into an open window at the far end of the castle. I knew Hera was there, howling in pain. I could feel her pain.
‘Yes, I can feel her!’
‘Then connect with her, reduce her pain, Felixe. I can’t bear to see her crying.’ I could feel his desperation since I, too, felt the same way.
‘I’ll connect with her.’
I ran with them, all the while trying to establish a mind
