Chapter 15

Draco sighed as he watched her go, her steps bouncing with anger as she made her way out of the study. He chuckled as she stepped out and banged the door, the sound echoing in her wake. He packed the books away, slotting them in their respective places in the shelves, and went out of the study. He couldn’t afford for Mia to get angry like that. He feared she might decide to go back to her hometown, and he still wanted to see if she had magic in her, or it was just a coincidence the curse got broken with her by his side.

He had already chosen her as his mate, and it had nothing to do with her ability or inability of magic, but it seemed Mia still doubted his attraction to her, and it frustrated him.

He doubted that would be the last he would see of Ayra, and that was why he had been busy pouring all over the old books so he could know how his forefathers fought and won the witches in their time.
