Evangeline, on the other hand, didn’t know that the Alpha King was searching for her as she was also anxiously looking for her friend, Myra.

Frederick was a very interesting storyteller, and she laughed at how funny his words were. They were having an especially good time when her gaze shifted back to look at Myra and her dance partner. To her surprise, she couldn’t find Myra again.

She was instantly anxious and told Frederick about it. Together, they left the party and went searching for Myra.

They’d been searching for her for quite a while, but they couldn’t find her. After thinking about it carefully, Evangeline realized that the only place they had yet to search was the spring.

Even though she didn’t think that someone could trespass to that place, she still decided to go there. Before they even reached the spring, they could hear low sobs belonging to a woman, followed by a sinister voice belonging to a man.
