Book 3: Zion's Call for Help

Two Months Later 

My phone buzzed with an incoming call from Zion, and I frowned. Why was he calling me? Had he patched up with Andrea? 

For the last two months, I have been shuttling between Juneau, Miami, Seattle, and Galveston. While Port Canaveral was our home port in the US, we were developing Emerald’s new cruise itinerary in the rest of the port cities. Therefore, I hadn’t found the time to return home to Athens since the day I left. It was the same day that Mr. Murphy came to visit me. 

Mr. Ford updated me about Anacá’s visit to the office a week later to collect her dues and sign the termination agreement. If she thought it ended our chapter, she was wrong. She was still my wife, and I had every right to pursue her. 

I just gave her time to heal.

The call disconnected, and I wrapped up my work in Juneau. Tonight, I would fly to Miami and then back to Athens. The phone again buzzed, and this
