After three months...
“I won’t listen to your excuses, Eros. Killian is here to invite us to his wedding. Andrea has planned a get-together at my place tonight. I’ll come over and get you if you ditch us,” said Zion, over the phone.
I had been avoiding his call for the last two days, but he was relentless. “I’m in Thessaloniki, bro. You can just give me the details, and I’ll surely attend the wedding.”
“When are you returning?” He was relentless, and I couldn’t avoid him anymore.
“I’ll return this evening by 6. When is the get-together?” I dreaded his reply. I had no wish to face everyone. Although they had helped me immensely, I couldn’t see the pity in their eyes.
