Damien’s POV
I gave her—yes, I gave her the file.
“Do you really think she’s telling the truth, Damien? You and I know that Mom died seven years later,” Sonia countered.
“But your dad keeps claiming she died a day before the delivery. Don’t you hear him? He always says, ‘That’s not your mother.’ It’s starting to make sense, Sonia, but I’m still confused,” I stated.
That would mean my mom literally died when I was a year old and Sonia when she was six months. Make that make sense!
“He’s not only my father—he’s your father too,” Sonia muttered and ended the call.

“I don’t know what to do, but let’s talk later. I have to go attend to him in the living room. Bye, sis,” I concluded and ended the call.
